Recreation Executive

Jakarta, Indonesia Orchard Wellness Resort Full time

Develops, implements, monitors, and evaluates the operations of recreation program areas and facility operations
- Develop, recommend and implement effective maintenance and safety guidelines on operational policies and procedures to ensure participant safety and responsible risk management
- Conduct routine inspections and ensure program facilities are properly maintained
- To come up with creative ideas and plans for the resort activities from time to time
- Maximize public understanding and increase awareness of the benefits of recreation in the Resort
- Develop promotional content related to special events for seasonal recreation guides, program brochures, newsletters, Resort’s website, and other marketing materials to maximize community outreach and public participation
- Deal effectively with incidents, problems, and emergencies
- Respond courteously and effectively to resort’s guests inquiries
- Performs any other duties as assigned by the superior

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-3 years of work experience in similar or related position
- Capable of conducting Yoga / Swimming / Gym classes is a prerequisite
- Must possess excellent PR and communication skills
- Strong ability to engage with customers and strong leadership skills
- Ability to effectively deal with guest and associate concerns in a friendly and positive manner
- Must be able to work on shifts rotation whenever required on weekends, Public Holidays and peak seasons period to cater the business / operational needs
