Key Account Manager

**Responsibility**
- Identifies business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating the position in key of Local Modern Customers
- Researching and analyzing sales options, trends, market activities, and competitors & building long term relationship with the customers
- Plan and control of budget spending to achieve the target & managing team.
- Reaching the targets and goals set for your area by maintaining and increasing sales of all products
- Establishing, maintaining and expanding area customer base by servicing the needs of existing accounts
- Direct training session with account frontliner to increase frontliner product knowledge capabilities
- Monitor and analyze performance SPG and suggest improvements
**Requirements**:
- A minimum of Bachelor Degree in any major from reputable University
- A Minimum of 5 years of sales experience in handled Modern Trade channels
- Preferably having experience in Baby/Kids and Medical products
- Excellent communication and writing skill both in English & Bahasa
- Excellent interpersonal skill,with ability to work independently or in a team
- Strong analytical skill, negotiation skill, leadership skill
