PERSOLKELLY is one of the largest recruitment firms in Asia Pacific providing clients with comprehensive end-to-end workforce solutions. We are currently looking for Sales Manager to be placed in Surabaya for our client from Multinational Agricultural Industry with following requirements:

- Min. 2 years of sales experience, ideally selling agriculture equipment priced in therange of $1,000 to $5,000
- Must have an extensive network of agricultural producers, mills, farms, agents,equipment distributors, and associations/co-ops
- Knowledgeable about crop and livestock operations, value chains, seasonality,etc.
- Great people, communications, relationship-building, and negotiation skills
- Willingness to travel around East Java for 2-3 weeks per month
- Fluency in Bahasa Indonesia
- Good oral and written communication skills in English are a plus
- A degree in Business or Agriculture is a plus

**Responsibilities**:

- Identify and approach potential clients
- Understand their needs, pitch our product, engage in the negotiations, and closethe sales
- Oversee successful equipment delivery, and subsequent account managementand client satisfaction
