**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct thorough market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitors' activities.
- Deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations that showcase the unique benefits of our ingredients.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team to provide comprehensive technical support to customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.

**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant scientific discipline (e.g., pharmacy, chemistry, chemical engineering, biology).
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate technical information into compelling sales messages.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for building relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset, with a proven track record of achieving sales goals.
- Adaptability to a dynamic work environment and willingness to learn new technologies and industry trends.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer interactions and track sales activities.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal.
