We are now looking for Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving sales strategies and drive best in class execution of promotions, visibility and distribution plans in the assigned area.
This role will provide YOU the opportunity to lead key activities to progress YOUR career. These responsibilities include some of the following:
- Achieve secondary sales targets and KPIs at respective area
- Monitor sales performance versus KPIs
- Support Joint Business Plan reviews with Key Account customers
- Implement distributor business development plans for each distributor
- Monitor delivery fulfillment / service level of distributors and customer
- Conduct monthly/quarterly business review meetings with distributor and customer
- Nurture & Develop continuous improvement culture through employee engagement and people development
- Build & lead strong teams toward results (recruitment, motivation and development staffing responsibilities)

- Bachelor degree from any major
- Minimum 5 years experience in Sales Field Management within FMCG industry

- In store execution & POS control
- Ability to develop high performing team
- Distributor and account management skills
- Negotiation Skill
- Understand about category management
- Modern & general trade customers knowledge
- Project management
- Cost management knowledge
- Proficiency in English communication, including reading, writing and speaking
