Department Operations- LevelExperienced (Individual Contributor)- LocationIndonesia - JakartaThe Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
- Maintain Mitra COGS (Cost of Goods Sold) database and ensure accurate data entry from supplier data.
- Monitor the PnL for Mitra shopee products to ensure accurate reporting of revenues, costs, and margins.
- Identify inconsistencies or anomalies in COGS, such as significant price changes or variances between suppliers.
- Regularly review and adjust pricing strategies based on cost structures, margin, targets, and market conditions.
- Maintain and coordinate with Digital Product for Business model, pricing structure (COGS, Discount, Commission Scheme, New Products) for Mitra SKU's / Products item according to suppliers agreement.
- Analyze market trends and customer demand to set optimal promotions and orders.
- Collaborate and work closely with budget, Sales, and Marketing teams to determine pricing models for new and existing products.
- Identify and implement process improvements in fulfillment operations, troubleshoot and resolve fulfillment issues that arise, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Conduct and monitor setup and configuration of the fulfillment system to ensure accurate data input in day to day operations.
- Collaborate with the product development to ensure that fulfillment systems are functioning effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Finance or related field preferred
- 1-3 years of experience in pricing, fulfillment, operations analysis, or similar roles.
- Strong business acumen, taking ownership with a deep understanding of pricing and fulfillment processes, particularly in the e-commerce / Telco / PPOB industry and/or with start-ups is a plus.
- Advance skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & Google spreadsheet for data analysis, forecasting, and reporting tools.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Highly motivated with a strong drive to achieve goals and exceed expectations.
- Fluency in English, both written and verbal.
