Able to strategies reseller acquisition to build new community in area together with reseller coordinator
- Engage with reseller communities in their area with a focus on empowering communities to grow, through sharing, helping and co-learning within these communities
- Develop reseller coordinator capabilities in developing their community to be a productive community
- Act as a brand ambassador and represent Evermos who encourage the community through Komunitas Belajar Bisnis by Evermos to achieve its goals (earn maximum income through Evermos)
- Manage calendar events, project timelines, and event budgets.
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in relevant fields from a reputable university
- **This position are open for Semarang / Pekalongan / Solo area (each locations need 1-2 or more Sales person)**:
- **Willing to be placed in one of each locations**:
- **Minimum 2 years of proven work experience(s) in community management**:
- A ‘people person’ with great communication skills and highly customer-focused
- Knows how and when to show empathy, authentic and detail-oriented person
- Creative & agile to achieve target
- **Have broad network especially in UMKM, Campus, PKK, and local community who are interested in or have working experience in Home Living product**:
- **Able to work in field and willing to travel within their region**:
- **Able to acquire and retain Reseller at the same time**
