**Job Descriptions**:
- Mengelola permintaan pelanggan/penjual
- Mengidentifikasi akar penyebab masalah yang meningkat dan memberikan resolusi yang sesuai untuk memberikan layanan terbaik.
- Berkoordinasi dengan tim/departemen lain untuk menyelesaikan masalah pelanggan, tindak lanjut, dan memastikan masalah terselesaikan dengan baik.
- Mencari peluang untuk mengidentifikasi masalah yang sedang berlangsung dan menghilangkan keluhan berulang, mengurangi tingkat eskalasi untuk meningkatkan proses operasi dan meningkatkan pengalaman pelanggan secara keseluruhan.
- Menanggapi eskalasi pelanggan internal dan eksternal dengan cepat, mahir, dan profesional sambil memenuhi harapan kualitas tertentu.
- Mematuhi prosedur dan pedoman yang ditetapkan sambil memberikan layanan pelanggan yang berkualitas untuk memenuhi dan melampaui standar departemen.
- Mendukung proyek dan inisiatif ad-hoc sesuai kebutuhan bisnis.
**Qualifications**:
- Pengalaman kerjadi bidang customer service, diutamakan di lingkungan digital marketplace mínimal 1 tahun (diutamakan).
- Kemampuan komunikasi yang baik, baik secara tertulis maupun lisan.
- Menguasai dasar-dasar penggunaan komputer (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Mampu mengetik dengan cepat dan akurat.
- Sabar, ramah, dan memiliki empati agar mampu menangani keluhan dengan profesional.
- Mampu bekerja dalam tim dan berkoordinasi dengan departemen lain.
- Cepat belajar dan mampu bekerja dalam lingkungan yang dinamis.
- Fleksibel dalam jam kerja, termasuk siap bekerja dalam shift, akhir pekan, atau hari libur jika diperlukan.
- Kemampuan berbahasa Inggris menjadi nilai tambah.
