**Job Description: 3D Modeler and Animator**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create detailed 3D models and animations based on project specifications.
- Collaborate with the design and development teams to ensure assets are integrated seamlessly.
- Maintain a high level of quality and consistency across all 3D assets and animations.
- Optimize 3D models for performance while maintaining visual fidelity.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience in 3D modeling and animation.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software such as Maya, Blender, or 3ds Max.
- Strong understanding of animation principles and techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail and artistic ability.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Unity 3D and knowledge of its asset pipeline.
- Understanding of game development processes and workflows.
- Familiarity with PBR (Physically Based Rendering) techniques.
