In-house Architect

**IN-HOUSE ARCHITECT**
- Must have bachelor degree in Architecture
- Minimum 5 years of solid working experience in construction / developer / hospitality industry, **especially villa construction & design**:

- **Proactive, initiative & creative person**:

- Have a certificate related to the draftsman/cad drafter field
- Good knowledge to keep up with the presentation document and get in touch with procurement
- Experience with 3D modelling tools (AutoCAD / SketchUp)
- Proven work experience as designer or similar role on construction project (interior / architectural)
- Initiative, creative, able to work effectively and efficiently and able to collaborate in teams and individually
- Required to work flexible hours to suit Project requirements
- Able to communicate in Indonesia and English
- Willing to be placed in Pecatu, Uluwatu - Bali area (near Pura Uluwatu)
- Domicile in Bali

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Denpasar: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Architect: 5 years (preferred)

**Language**:

- English (preferred)
