**Job Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Design and create high-quality motion graphics and animations for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and promotional materials.
- Conceptualize and execute engaging HTML5 playable ads to support marketing initiatives.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute creative ideas.
- Produce video content, including editing, adding special effects, and integrating animations.
- Maintain brand consistency across all motion graphic content.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in motion design, tools, and techniques.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure designs meet project requirements and deadlines.
- Optimize graphics, videos, and interactive ads for different platforms (e.g., web, mobile, social media).

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Animation, Multimedia Arts, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in motion graphic design, preferably in a marketing or advertising environment.
- Proven experience creating interactive HTML5 playable ads, with proficiency in tools like GSAP, Phaser.js, or similar frameworks.
- Proficiency in motion design and video editing software such as Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop.
- Knowledge of 3D animation tools like Cinema 4D or Blender is a plus.
- Strong portfolio showcasing expertise in motion graphics, video production, and HTML5 interactive ads.
- Excellent storytelling and conceptualization skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills.

**Nice-to-Have**:

- Experience in the gaming or rewarded platforms industry.
- Knowledge of UI/UX design principles.
- Understanding of social media trends and platform-specific content requirements.
