**About work**仕事内容について**:
Human Resources Role:
Handle monthly payroll, ensure accurate and timely processing of employee compensation, deductions, and tax-related matters.
Handle other employee benefits : medical claim reimbursement, health & life insurance, updating BPJS Health & BPJS TK Jamsostek, etc.
Reporting monthly employee income tax and preparation of staff yearly income tax form.
Assisting HR Manager on updating of salary scale and structure.
Assisting HR Manager on preparation on annual budget and salary increment, stay update with salary survey and market trends.
Responsible for employee cycle : recruitment, new hiring, employment contract, retiring and staff’s exit paper.
Assisting HR Manager to handle on employee relations matters, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and performance improvement plans.
Stay up-to-date with local labor law, HR best practices, industry trends to ensure compliance.
Collaborated with other departments in assisting yearly internal & external Audit.

General Affair Role:
Responsible in handling foreigners working permit, stay permit, family residence, foreigners children school.
Organize company events, meetings, employees engagement ( annual outing, gala dinner,)
Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers (e.g., cleaning services, office landlord).
Ensure efficient office operations, including office supplies procurement, mail distribution, and document management.
Handle lease agreements and rental contracts and company’s registration permit
Coordinate travel arrangements for employees, including flight bookings, hotel reservations, and transportation.
Manage transportation services, such as company vehicles and driver arrangements.
Oversee and maintenance office fixed assets.
Monitor expenses, allocate resources efficiently, and identify cost-saving opportunities
