Spv/ Manager HRga

Responsibility:
- Supervise, set objectives for the HRGA team and track progress.
- Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics, like time to hire and employee turnover rates.
- Handle general affairs (organize asset buying and supervise).
- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
- Initiate & take charge in the entire recruitment and on-boarding process improvement. Initiate & take charge in compensation and benefits plans improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in employees’ career development paths and reward structure improvement.
- Initiate & take charge in improving the office and employee well-being.
- Problem solving and coordinating with leader in each department in managing the people aspect of the business.
- Creating and compiling monthly employee performance reports
- Gathering payroll data like leaves, working hours and bank accounts, and making payroll reports
Job requirements:
- Excellent leadership and communication skill.
- Have at least 3 years of experience in HR Field
- Able to multi-task and prioritze work
- Thorough, diligent and independent
- Enjoy working under pressure in a fast-paced result-driven start-up/ digital agency environment
- Experienced retail brand
