**Mission/ Position Headline**:
Defines and ensures implementation of sales strategy, policies and guidelines in the BP sales organization. Heads a local BP sales organization
**Areas of Responsibility**:
- Defines and ensures implementation of sales strategy, policies and guidelines, in line with the overall business strategy of BP in local country.
- Sets and monitors sales targets according to overall BP country targets.
- Ensures accomplishment of strategic market research and key customer surveys to identify respective strategic business opportunities.
- Defines key markets and supports definition and identification of key customers in the assigned area of responsibility.
- Drives and monitors key market development programs.
- Ensures effective sales setup capitalizing synergies in collaboration within and across Siemens units (i.e. aligned setups, aligned processes, aligned incentive schemes, etc.)
- Ensures an effective sales organization and infrastructure to foster cooperation with other parts of the value chain
- Agrees on subordinated function related budget plans and sets and monitors achievement of respective targets.
- Heads overall assigned sales organization and leads all related management and staff.
**Experience**:
- Marketing and/or Sales in product business (3-5 years), preferably in a leading position
- Communication and cooperation with senior management and peers in other organizations (3-5 years)
- Contract mgmt. & Negotiation 3 5 years)
- Work experience in an international, multi cultural environment
- Market knowledge in building technologies
- Technical sales experience with building automation systems and controllers, such as BMS fire detection, fire protection, HVAC controls, access control and cloud based monitoring and control is an advantage
**Education & Training**:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in mechanical or electrical engineering
- Degree in business administration
- Business English and Bahasa Indonesia proficiencies
