**Komodo Resort**is seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Reservation Attendant to join our team. As a Reservation Attendant, you will be responsible for managing reservations and ensuring smooth communication between guests and the resort.

**Key Responsibilities**:
2. Assist guests in selecting suitable accommodations and activities based on their preferences and needs.

3. Process reservations accurately and efficiently, including booking, modifying, and canceling reservations as necessary.

4. Maintain updated records of reservations, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

5. Coordinate with other departments to fulfill guests' requests and preferences.

6. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing guest inquiries, concerns, and special requests promptly and professionally.

7. Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to promote special packages, discounts, and events.

8. Stay informed about resort facilities, services, and local attractions to provide guests with relevant information.

9. Assist with check-in and check-out procedures when necessary.

10. Handle billing and payment processing accurately.

**Qualifications**:

- Female
- Minimum 2 years experiences in the same position
- Positive and Proactive attitude towards bookings
- Intuitive and "Let's do it" action
- Customer-service oriented
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Basic in English; knowledge of other languages is a plus
- Multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
- Resolve problems that may arise with bookings or reservations
- Knowledge of basic Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Etc.)
- Ability to work under pressure
- Familiar with VHP system
- Placement in Sanur - Bali

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Reservation: 2 years (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)
