**About the Role**
A Project Management Specialist is responsible for working with the Product team to ensure product features are completed on time and on budget to deliver the expected impact to the business. The Specialist will build an understanding of the product features targeted for delivery within the quarter and identify key dependencies and critical paths for the delivery of each feature. They will also proactively highlight where blockers or delays arise, and support the team in de-conflicting or escalating such issues, through discussions with internal and external stakeholders.
**What you will do**
- Develop a strong understanding of product priorities, features under development and expected business impact of each feature.
- Collaborate closely across the product team to map delivery estimates for high priority features and identify interdependencies as well as
- critical paths.
- Lead, identify and actively support the resolution of obstacles by liaising across multiple teams to ensure product features can be delivered on time to achieve the expected business objectives.
- Participate actively in discussions with senior leaders within and beyond the product team to proactively highlight critical blockers affecting product delivery.
**What you need to have**
- Bachelor degree in Business, Management or equivalent
- Min 3 years in Project Management. Preferably in banking or financial domain
- Strong interpersonal, communication and relationship building skills.
- A good team player with a positive mindset, detail-oriented, self-motivated and creative.
- Strong time-management skill with the ability to work under pressure.
- Ability to pre-empt and identify critical issues ahead of time, and exert influence with the relevant parties to resolve issues
