Project Management Officer

**Responsibilities**:
Conduct pre-project analysis, project resource requirements, detailed project plan and timelines.
Execute and lead project plans and e nsure project team members meet deliverables’ timelines.
Provide regular reports to key stakeholders and project sponsors on progress and escalated issues.
Monitor process performance, identify finding and provide improvements.
Assist in developing and implementing process improvements to meet business goals.
Optimize or redesign process flows to meet project requirements.
Maintain and update all process related documents for reference purposes.
Create and maintain Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) document.
Conduct t raining, mentoring, and guiding team members in new processes.

**Requirements**:
F resh graduate of reputable university, preferably in Management of Information System, Computer Science or Business Administration.
Good communication skills verbal and written in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint), Visio and Promapp.
Strong analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and set priorities.
Ability to work with people from different functions and skillsets, as well as different levels in the organization.
Have experience be a Business Analyst for 1 - 2 years and work in Insurance company is a plus.
