As a **Sales Development Representative (SDR) **at Zero One Group, your pivotal role is to drive business growth by generating and qualifying leads for our software development services. Serving as the initial point of contact for potential clients, you will establish strong relationships and conduct outbound prospecting, identifying prospects and engaging in targeted outreach to create interest in Zero One Group's software development solutions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead Generation: Conduct research to identify potential clients within the target market. Utilize various channels such as social media, online platforms, and industry-specific databases to build a pipeline of qualified leads.
- Qualify Leads: Engage in meaningful conversations with prospects to assess their needs, pain points, and suitability for Zero One Group's services. Determine if prospects meet the necessary criteria for further engagement.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales executives to align strategies, share insights, and implement lead-generation campaigns effectively.
- CRM: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of lead interactions and communications.
- Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to effectively communicate Zero One Group's value proposition.
- Metrics: Track and meet daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation, qualification rates, and conversions.
- Reporting: Prepare regular reports on activities, progress, and challenges to share with the sales management team.

**Requirements**:

- Experience: Prior experience in sales development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles is an advantage, particularly in the software development or IT industry.
- Knowledge in Outbound Sales: Proficient in Outbound Sales strategies. Familiarity with "Predictable Revenue" by Aaron Ross and Marylou Tyler is a plus.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia. Ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Customer-Oriented: A strong customer-centric approach with the ability to understand customer needs and position our services effectively.
- Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with software development concepts and technologies is a plus, as it will help you engage in more meaningful conversations with potential clients.
- Results-Driven: A self-motivated and goal-oriented individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can deliver results.
- Interpersonal Skills: Strong relationship-building skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Initiative: Proactive and resourceful in finding new leads and opportunities for business growth.
