**About the Company**:
Our client is one of the biggest local distributor company who have grown significantly over the past few years and their principals include some of the top global FMCG companies in the world. They support a variety of categories from food to personal care etc.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and supporting sales team to achieve sales target, including sales dan man power planning
- Ability to Identify business opportunities, related to business improvement, market share, territory development, team skills, and carry out real initiatives for improvements
- Coordinate with related departments to ensure the achievement of the given targets, including coordinating with the operational team regarding supplies and shipments
- Ability to create good relationships with customers, being able and active to get feedback from the market to inform management about business progress
- Ability to Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status

**Key Requirements**:

- Bachelor degree and above in Business Management, Business Administration, Economics or a related field
- At least 5 years experience related to sales
- Prior experience in local fast moving consumer goods distribution company would be highly preferred
- Proven success track record in similar roles
- Proven ability to drive the sales process and strong business sense and industry expertise
- Possess strong communication skills, coaching and people management skills
