**Ringkasan pekerjaan**:HR & GA Supervisor bertanggung jawab atas manajemen sumber daya manusia, mengkoordinasikan kegiatan sumber daya manusia, melaksanakan proses administrasi karyawan, dan fungsi umum untuk mendukung operasional perusahaan dan urusan umum di Bamboo Pure.

**Tanggung jawab utama**:
**Manajemen personalia**:

- Mengelola proses rekrutmen dan seleksi karyawan.
- Menyusun dan mengelola kontrak kerja serta dokumen karyawan.
- Memantau dan mengevaluasi kinerja karyawan.

**Manajemen hubungan industrial**:

- Menangani masalah hubungan kerja dan penyelesaian konflik.
- Melaksanakan kegiatan komunikasi internal dan memfasilitasi rapat-rapat karyawan.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap peraturan ketenagakerjaan.

**Manajemen kesejahteraan karyawan**:

- Menyelenggarakan program kesejahteraan karyawan, seperti asuransi kesehatan dan program kebugaran.
- Menangani klaim asuransi dan manfaat karyawan lainnya.
- Memberikan dukungan dalam program pelatihan dan pengembangan karyawan.

**Manajemen administrasi umum**:

- Mengelola fasilitas kantor dan keamanan.
- Mengatur kegiatan penerimaan tamu dan manajemen ruang rapat.
- Menangani perizinan dan regulasi terkait.

**Pengelolaan Aset**:

- Bertanggung jawab atas manajemen aset perusahaan.
- Memantau inventaris barang dan peralatan kantor.
- Menangani perawatan dan pemeliharaan aset perusahaan.
