**Human Resources Management**:

- Oversee recruitment processes, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding of new employees.
- Implement HR policies, procedures, and strategies in alignment with company goals.
- Handle employee relations, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
- Manage performance appraisal systems and ensure employee evaluations are conducted on time.
- Supervise employee benefits programs, payroll processing, and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company regulations.
- Develop training programs for employee development and ensure necessary training is provided.

**General Affairs**:

- Oversee the daily operations of the general affairs department, including office maintenance, facility management, and administrative support services.
- Supervise procurement and inventory of office supplies, equipment, and other resources.
- Ensure workplace health and safety standards are maintained.
- Organize company events, meetings, and other internal activities.
- Coordinate and manage contracts with external vendors and service providers.
- Manage budgets and expenditures for the general affairs department.

**Leadership and Team Supervision**:

- Lead, motivate, and develop the HR and general affairs teams.
- Monitor team performance and ensure the smooth functioning of daily tasks.Foster a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives.

**Reporting**:

- Prepare regular reports on HR and general affairs activities for upper management.
- Analyze HR metrics and provide insights for improving organizational efficiency.

Qualifications:
**Educational Background**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.

**Experience**:

- 5+ years of experience in HR management, general affairs, or a related field.
- Experience in a supervisory or leadership role is required.

**Skills**:

- Strong understanding of HR practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.Proficiency in HR software and office tools (e.g., MS Office, HRIS systems).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for handling sensitive employee matters.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.

**Other Requirements**:

- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive HR issues professionally.
- Knowledge of safety, procurement, and administrative operations.
