A dynamic and fast growing property investment and finance group based in Bali is looking for a highly experienced Corporate Legal Counsel to join their team immediately.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor Degree in Law, having a related professional certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum five years as Corporate Legal Counsel in established corporations, background in property law is a plus.
- Proven experience in drafting, negotiating, managing contracts and agreements with strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and compliance requirements. Including contracts for buying, selling, leasing, land acquisition, and construction.
- Familiarity with property development and financial services industries is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A proactive approach to identifying and mitigating legal risks.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.

**Responsibilities**:

- Offer sound legal advice on corporate matters, contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management.
- Act as the primary point of contact for legal issues related to real estate transactions, including acquisition, development, leasing, and sales.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with property development regulations, zoning laws, and other relevant legal requirements.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements with stakeholders, contractors, vendors, and clients.
- Ensure contracts align with applicable laws and company policies.
- Provide legal support on corporate governance matters, including board resolutions, shareholder agreements, and company policies.
- Ensure adherence to statutory obligations and filing requirements.
- Collaborate with internal departments such as finance, operations, and project management to align legal strategies with business goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with regulators, external counsel, and other key stakeholders.
