We are looking to hire a Personal Assistant / Secretary specialist who

will be responsible for building and maintaining a positive image for our company. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining relationships with consumers, communities, employees, and public interest groups by writing press releases and other media communications, responding to requests for

information and press conferences, and training client representatives in the right way of communicating with the public and with clients.

**Job description**:
Maintain the executive agenda and assist in planning appointments, meetings, events and daily schedules.

Keep executive documents and ensure information is well organized and can be accessed whenever needed.

Connect with executive staff and clients.

Conduct general affairs to meet the practical needs of the executive.
Strong analytical and planning skills;
Good communication and presentation skills;
Excellent problem-solving skills;
Fluency in English (oral and written)

Fluency in Mandarin also more

Experience and network in government institutions, understand government protocols.

Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships with stakeholders, including staff, board members and external partners.

Mastering the use of PowerPoint and making professional presentations with design that is interesting and effectively communicated.

Proficiency in Windows, including Microsoft Office tools.

Conduct research and present complete and well-written data.

Professional and professional assistance.

Excellent management, time management, and problem solving skills.

Public relations or background will be preferred.
