**Responsibilities**:

- Assisting in managing the schedule of the Vice President (VP), handling administration tasks, and handling correspondence
- Creating reports as required by the VP
- Organizing VP's meetings both internal and external
- Managing invoicing in collaboration with the finance department

**Requirements**:

- Min. Bachelor's degree of any major
- Had previous experience as a secretary for at least 2 years
- Proficient in **Ms. Office** (Excel, Powerpoint, Word)
- Proficient in **SAP**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: Rp6,000,000 - Rp9,000,000 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Jakarta: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- S1 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- SAP: 1 year (required)
- Secretary/ Personal Assistant: 1 year (required)
