**What you’ll do**

Learning & Development Manager will be part of the Commercial Excellence function, focused on capability development and learning needs. The role functions as an individual contributor or manages a small team, directly engaging in learning activities for both specialists and people managers.

Typical Accountabilities:

- Needs Assessment: Conduct assessments and surveys to identify current and future training needs in alignment with business objectives.
- Program Design and Development: Design, develop, and implement innovative learning solutions and training programs by utilizing a variety of instructional techniques and formats, such as e-learning, workshops, and simulations.
- Program Management: Oversee the development and continuous improvement of learning programs and resources, coordinate and manage training sessions, workshops, and seminars, and evaluate the effectiveness of learning programs and make necessary adjustments to improve outcomes.
- Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with department heads to understand specific learning requirements, build relationships with external training vendors and consultants as needed.
- Coaching: Provide guidance and coaching to sales team though in-field join visits to ensure implementation of learning materials correctly and impactful.
- Budget Management: Manage and allocate the budget for the learning and development department effectively.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare and present reports on learning activities, outcomes, and when possible, ROI to users and Country Leadership Team.

**Essential for the role**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, or Science.
- Proven experience as an L&D Manager or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of effective learning and development methods.
- Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices, learning impact measurements, and Learning Management System (LMS)
- Excellent communication and leadership skills.
- Ability to plan, multi-task, and manage time effectively.
- Strong writing and record-keeping ability for reports and training manuals.

**Desirable for the role**
- Master’s degree preferred
- Certifications related to L&D roles
- Background in pharmaceutical industry, training consultancy, and or HR consultancy
