Key Account Manager

Renos is an end-to-end online marketplace that specialized in home and living products. We aim to bridge direct connections between manufacturers, service providers, and homeowners with AI technology and industry-led operation quality. This enables buyers to conveniently choose products, compare prices, access special deals, and try out samples before putting the right items in shopping carts at our one-stop service platform.
Responsible to ensure success of key merchants on RENOS platform including driving Revenue and smooth operation
Educating sellers on RENOS features, RENOS promotional campaign and market insights
Building long lasting relationships and trust with merchants to understand more about their business and their key success factors
Negotiating deals with sellers and work with marketing to develop matching initiatives to boost revenues
Experienced in the marketplace/e-commerce field
1-3 years experienced in Key Account, Merchandiser, Business Development would be a plus
Tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment
Logical thinking and strong problem solving skills
Ability to interact with a broad set of businesses and stakeholders and presenting both over the phone and in person
Experienced hires would be considered for more senior positions
Good command of English
