**Job Descriptions**:

- Menerima serta melayani keluhan customer via chat dan telepon
- Menindaklanjuti dan memberikan solusi dari keluhan customer serta melakukan koordinasi dengan team agar tercipta service excellent
- Mengakomodir dan membina hubungan baik (happiness service) dengan customer agar tercipta feedback & customer retention
- Membuat laporan dan menganalisis keluhan customer
- Merespon pertanyaan dan kebutuhan customer di channel media sosial

**Requirements**:

- Wanita, usia maksimal 30 Tahun
- Pendidikan mínimal D3 semua jurusan
- Memiliki pengalaman min.1 tahun di bidang hospitality & service (Customer Service, Customer Care, atau pelayanan lain yang relevan)
- Memiliki keinginan dan kemampuan menyelidiki sebuah kasus sehingga bisa mengetahui sebab-akibat dari komplain
- Memiliki skill berkomunikasi dan berbahasa yang baik
- Memiliki kemampuan memecahkan masalah dan inisiatif
- Empati (Customer Service Orientation)
- Mampu berpikir analitis dan kritis
- Tekun dan teliti mempelajari sesuatu
- Sabar, dan terbiasa mengontrol emosi
