Secara garis besar, HR Specialist bertanggung jawab untuk mengelola fungsi sumber daya manusia perusahaan kami, yang mencangkup rekrutmen, hubungan karyawan, manajemen kinerja, pelatihan dan pengembangan, serta kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang ketenagakerjaan.
- **Responsibilities**_
- Mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan kebijakan dan prosedur HR.
- Mengawasi proses rekrutmen dan seleksi, termasuk penempatan iklan pekerjaan, penyaringan, wawancara, dan perekrutan.
- Mengelola program orientasi dan pelatihan karyawan baru.
- Memelihara catatan karyawan dan memastikan keakuratan data.
- Menangani masalah hubungan karyawan, termasuk keluhan dan tindakan disipliner.
- Mengkoordinasikan proses manajemen kinerja, termasuk penilaian dan umpan balik.
- Memastikan kepatuhan terhadap undang-undang dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
- Mengembangkan dan mengelola program tunjangan karyawan.
- Mendukung inisiatif pengembangan organisasi.

- Lulusan sarjana (min. S1) di bidang HR, Business Management, atau bidang terkait.
- Pengalaman kerja yang relevan di bidang HR, antara 2-4 tahun.
- Pemahaman yang kuat tentang undang-undang dan peraturan ketenagakerjaan.
- Goal-oriented, fasih dalam berkomunikasi dan memiliki growth mindset
- Berintegritas, kreatif, memiliki logika berpikir yang baik
- Kemampuan organisasi dan multitasking yang kuat.
