- Communitiy Relation
- A Bachelor degree in relevant engineering discipline; Technical/ Operation role must have Process Operations or Advanced Technology background with relevant academic and industry experience in managing hydro-metallurgical extraction of Gold, Silver and other precious materials and in working on pertinent software;
- At least 7 years’ experience in engineering, design, technology & OEM selection, managing project construction and operations in the Copper and Smelter Industry and relevant field;
- At least 4 years’ experience in similar position or having worked with national/ global Engineering companies for Copper /Nickel/ Zinc projects in an EPC/EPCM mode;
- Earlier experience to manage/ Supervise EPC contracts with Chinese contractors will be an added advantage;
- Expertise in process technology, engineering, operations, maintenance and past credentials to cost effectively manage plants is a pre requisite for this position;
- Have Mine operational inspector certificate (POP/ POM/POU) or qualifications certificate recognized by KaIT (Chief Mines Inspector) in accordance with level of position;
- Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written and computer literate.
