We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Superintendent to join our dynamic team at our greenfield minerals project. This exciting role offers the opportunity to play a pivotal part in the development of the project.

**Key Responsibilities**:
Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals.

Manage the procurement of all materials, equipment, and services necessary for the mining operation.

Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure cost-effectiveness and quality.

Oversee the supply chain management to ensure timely delivery of resources.

Collaborate with various departments to assess their procurement needs.

Ensure compliance with all legal and environmental regulations related to procurement.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and stakeholders.

Implement and oversee inventory management systems.

Prepare and manage the procurement budget.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement in the mining industry.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is valued.

Strong negotiation and contract management skills.

Excellent organizational and leadership abilities.

Knowledge of mining equipment and materials.

Familiarity with supply chain and inventory management systems.

Strong understanding of environmental and legal procurement guidelines.
