**HSE Superintendent - Plantation Industry**:
**Location**: Medan

**About the Role**:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced HSE Superintendent to join our team in the Plantation Industry. As a key member of our operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety, health, and environmental well-being of our employees and the surrounding community. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing comprehensive HSE programs, conducting regular inspections, and promoting a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop, implement, and maintain HSE policies, procedures, and programs in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements.
- Conduct regular safety inspections of work areas, equipment, and facilities to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Investigate accidents and incidents, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
- Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels.
- Monitor and track HSE performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions.
- Collaborate with management and employees to promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
- Stay abreast of current HSE regulations, best practices, and industry trends.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety and Health, Environmental Science, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HSE management in the Plantation Industry.
- Strong knowledge of HSE regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid certifications in relevant HSE disciplines (e.g., Certified Safety Professional, Certified Industrial Hygienist).
