- Oversee students' feedback from all products then perform analysis to be reported regularly to stakeholders.
- Monitor progress reporting in all classes.
- Develop and maintain effective schedules for all classes.
- Collaborate with other stakeholders for opening cohorts & levels, materials used & teachers plotting.
- Ensuring all documentations needed for all classes are present and complete to be used by other stakeholders.
- Monitor and drive implementations of SOPs in all products.
- Taking on ad-hoc projects related to operations of English Academy.

qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in business, product management, operations, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in operations, quality assurance, or a similar role, preferably in education technology or service-oriented industries.
- Strong understanding of operations, with experience coordinating with stakeholders from customer experience team, tech-related team, and business development team.
- Proven experience with issue escalation and resolution processes.
- Ability to train and educate diverse teams on new implementations and improvements.
