- **Key Account Manager, Systems & Services - Public Sector **to join their team in Indonesia.

As a Key Account Manager, you’ll be responsible for implementing and executing the end user (systems & services) strategy within the Public/Government sales accounts. We’re greater together through peer learning in our globally diverse team, with different backgrounds and nationalities.

**What you’ll do**:

- Responsible for developing, expanding, and growing our business in the country, towards Municipalities and Public accounts.
- Execute sales and deliver operational targets in the context of local market trends and opportunities.
- Develop, maintain and improve long-term partnerships with customers with a target to establish the company as preferred lighting products and solutions provider.
- Hunt for new opportunities for our public segment in the country.
- Deploy global/regional sales and marketing strategies in the area/market assigned.

**Your qualifications**:

- Strategic mindset with a focus on execution and a strong understanding of B2G and B2B End-user business in the country.
- 5 to 10 years of experience in the Lighting/Electrical/Automation industry.
- Wide network of Contractors, Engineers, Architects, Specifiers, etc. serving the public sector.
- 3 to 5 years of proven track record in key account management, solution selling, and value-based selling principles.
- Lighting/solution selling experience or understanding of IoT selling eco-system is preferred.
- Good communication and presentation skills in Bahasa and English.
