Develop, maintain, monitor and optimize CRM programs, including crafting content, managing system triggers, increased personalization, targeted segmentation, etc.
- Work together with marketing teams, including product, engineering, business and data to achieve a complete vision and journey for CRM.
- Create strategy to improve usage of digital assets such website and apps.
- Together with marketing team to lead development of the roadmap for a clear A/B testing framework of new and existing programs to increase growth and improve retention for company digital assets.
- Aligning CRM tools data with other marketing tools.
- Develop weekly and monthly report for CRM programs performance.

**Requirements**:

- At least 3 - 5 years of CRM campaign management experience
- Analytical mindset with exceptional critical thinking capabilities.
- Familiar with CRM tools (e.g. MoEngage, Netcore, CleverTap, Braze, Insider etc)
- Strong online marketing strategy (audience understanding, channels knowledge, conversion rate optimization).
- Have understanding of technical set up to integrate CRM tools data with Analytics tools
- Problem-solver, critical and logical thinker, and fast-learner.
- Strong communication skills to build & maintain collaborative relationships with the stakeholders and to share the reports & insights of the campaign performance.
- Fluent in english
