We seek an organised & detail-oriented Studio Manager to oversee daily operations and support our growing team.

**JOB OVERVIEW**

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**ADMINISTRATION SUPPORT**:

- Provide administrative and HR support to the Partners and design teams.
- Manage and update company policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs,) and onboarding documents for new starters.
- Create and maintain ‘how-to’ guides for studio tools and processes.
- Organise CPD (Continuing Professional Development) activities for our designers.
- Assist with recruitment, including job descriptions and interview procedures.

**STUDIO MANAGEMENT & OPERATIONS**:

- Oversee day-to-day running of the studio, facilitating team coordination and organising informal team meetings such as catch-ups.
- Manage studio logistics, including ordering business cards & setting up phone numbers for staff.
- Support the implementation of digital tools and folder structures to streamline project workflows.
- Assist teams with submissions, client, consultant and contractor communications.

**BUDGET MANAGEMENT**:

- Collaborate with the Partners to oversee studio budgets and maintain financial efficiency.
- Monitor and track expenses, including software licenses and operational costs.
- Assist in the recording of invoices and expenditures to support Partners.

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience in office or studio management in a creative field (architecture, design, etc.).
- Strong organisational skills; able to handle multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for managing teams and stakeholders.
- Proficient in Microsoft and Google Workspace; Notion experience is a plus.
