Workplace Ambassador

As a Workplace Ambassador at JLL, you'll be at the forefront of creating exceptional workplace experiences for our clients and their employees. You'll embody our commitment to shaping a brighter way by fostering welcoming, productive, and innovative work environments. In this role, you'll collaborate with diverse teams, both locally and globally, to implement cutting-edge workplace solutions that prioritize employee wellbeing, productivity, and engagement. Your passion for creating positive experiences and your ability to adapt to evolving workplace trends will be key in supporting our clients' success and contributing to JLL's culture of innovation.
Liaise with cleaners, security, Global Real Estate and catering team to ensure the office area is well maintained;
Handle emergency matter at the reception;
Assist/complete works delegated by seniors;
Visitor management.
**Service Helpdesk**:
Stationary outbound work and registration;
ID badge, lanyard, name card issuing;
Pedestal key management;
Assist/complete works delegated by seniors.
In addition, undertake other general admin related work such as handling enquiries from other colleagues as well as generating useful data analysis or report as part of regular output.
**Preferred Qualifications**:
Experience in corporate real estate or facilities management
Knowledge of workplace design principles and best practices
Familiarity with workplace technology solutions and smart building systems
Project management experience or certification
Experience with data analysis and reporting
Demonstrated ability to lead workplace initiatives or programs
