**Director of Catering and Conference Services**

The Director of Catering and Conference Services is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the hotel's catering and conference services. The Director ensures seamless execution and unparalleled guest satisfaction by collaborating closely with clients to understand their specific needs, curating bespoke menus, coordinating event logistics, and supervising the team to deliver flawless service. Through meticulous attention to detail, creative event planning, and a deep understanding of luxury hospitality, the Director of Catering and Conference Services ensures that each event, whether it is a high-profile conference, a grand gala, or an intimate wedding, exceeds expectations and creates unforgettable moments for guests.
**Qualifications**
- Education: A bachelor's degree in hospitality management, event management, business administration, or a related field.
- Industry Experience: 7-10 years experience in catering and conference services within the luxury hospitality industry, preferably within high-end or luxury hotel properties.
- Event Planning Expertise: Demonstrated expertise in planning and executing a wide range of events, including conferences, banquets, weddings, and other special events.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven experience in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering personalized service. The ability to anticipate client preferences and provide tailored solutions.
- Multicultural Awareness: A global mindset and cultural sensitivity to understand and cater to the needs of international clientele. Experience in managing multicultural events and understanding diverse customs and preferences.
- Industry Knowledge and Networking: Up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in catering and conference services. Strong networking skills to establish connections with industry professionals and potential clients.
