- Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to set production goals, monitor performance, and ensure timely delivery of products
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation
- Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality
- Monitor production metrics (e.g., OEE, downtime, scrap rates) and take corrective action as needed.
- Excellent communication skills to liaise with senior management, suppliers, and customers.
- Experience in export regulations & international standards is a plus.
