Qc Inspector

Practice, actively promote and support the quality and safety culture.
- Prepare and perform testing that supports the creation, development and improvement of new and existing products and processes.
- Perform lab duties including sampling, delivering, preparing and testing of materials requiring pre-qualification or certification.
- Assist to ensure quality systems and procedures are fully updated, communicated, and aligned with process improvement activities.
- Maintain quality record of all testing conducted at the lab and plant. Evaluate test results and trends, report to quality managers, and advise factory management of necessary changes in working practice.
- Daily management of all non-conformance, putting in place methods to solve and eliminate defects.
- Supervise the calibration scheme for quality test equipment.
- Bachelor of Engineering/Science (Prefer Chemical/Chemistry).
- Has working knowledge of QMS ISO 9001 : 2015,5S, QC 7 Tools, QMS ISO 9001 Internal Audit
- Six Sigma/SPC (advantage) problem solving techniques, process control and capability studies is advantage.
- 2-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance of Manufacturing
- (Material building background is advantages).
- Has interpersonal skill, capable of operating and liaison at intermediate levels of managerial, project and technical.
- Team leader and team worker, able to work with group of peoples with a different range of skill types and levels.
