**Job Description**:

- Study and produce business plan for growth in Mining and Agriculture segment (Size up the market potential for relevant product, identify the player, competitor analysis, and execution plan).
- Support for strategic planning and market intelligence for each relevant product (gather market trend, consumer behavior, conduct market and competitors analysis/ Market feedback on opportunities and risk, defining key strategy).
- Recruit, train, and nurture distributor to execute business strategy.
- Service and maintain existing business requirements such as contracts, quotations, tenders, credit, and relationship management.
- Prepare sales forecasts and reports showing sales volume, potential sales, and areas of opportunity within territory.
- Responsible for consistently meeting individual sales target set for the business.
- Responsible for other account management activities such as: collection of debt (accounts receivable), resolution of customer complaints.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business, **Marketing, Communications, or related field**.
- Minimum** 5 years working experience in Key Account Management or Business Development** in the relevant industries, with **Automotive working experience preferred.**
- Mobile with >30% time spend outside on the field and with customers.
- Data analysis skills, planning and execution skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and **English.**
- Strong organizational communication skills.
- Good business case presentation and PowerPoint preparation skill.
