Deskripsi tugas dan tanggung jawab:
- Membangun dan mengembangkan bisnis di channel account modern market level nasional dan lokal.
- Melakukan negosiasi dengan key account sesuai dengan arahan manajemen.
- Melakukan bisnis review secara rutin dengan key account.
- Mengembangkan dan melaksanakan strategi dalam mencapai target dan pertumbuhan serta sasaran penjualan.
- Melakukan setting promo dan aktivitas serta review dan analisa untuk meningkatkan penjualan.
- Mengelola budget, promo fund, dan trading term serta menjaga rasio biaya sesuai dengan ketentuan perusahaan.
- Memantau penggunaan anggaran untuk memastikan kesesuaian dengan perencanaan anggaran.
- Membangun dan memelihara hubungan kerjasama jangka panjang dengan key account.
- Melakukan visit stroe dan head office key account.
Kualifikasi:
- Pendidikan mínimal S1.
- Berusia Max 36 tahun.
- Memiliki pengalaman mínimal 3 tahun sebagai key account manager di perusahaan FMCG dan terbiasa menangani account modern di level nasional dan lokal.
- Lebih disukai jika memiliki pengalaman sebagai key account di bidang skin care, personal care, maupun kosmetik.
- Menguasai Microsoft Office.
- Mampu bekerja secara mandiri maupun dalam tim.
- Jujur, memiliki tanggung jawab, kemampuan analisa yang baik, ketrampilan komunikasi, negosiasi, serta pemecahan masalah yang baik.
