**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the restaurant’s daily operations, including staff supervision, inventory management, and customer service excellence.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve restaurant efficiency and customer satisfaction.
- Handle scheduling, training, and performance evaluations for the restaurant staff.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service teams to maintain consistent quality and service standards.
- Manage budgets, cost control, and financial performance to meet the restaurant's goals.
- Address customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.

**Requirements**:

- Maximum age of 35 years old.
- Minimum of 3-4 years of experience as a Manager in the food and beverage (F&B) industry.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations, including kitchen, front-of-house, and customer service.
- Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Familiarity with restaurant management software and tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to work in BSD, Tangerang.
- **Ready to join immediately**

**Education**:

- D1-D4 (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Restaurant Management: 3 years (required)
