Planning & Monitoring is a key member of the project team and works directly with the project manager to create and maintain a project's budget and schedule, analyze progress reported against the work schedules; and recommend actions to improve progress. Planning & Monitoring will do the direct reporting to project Project Manager

JOB DESCRIPTIONS:

- Prepare masterschedule for all project
- Progress monitoring on going project
- Lead administration team to produce contract
- Monitoring payment
- Prepare all the project report to Project Manager
- Monitoring and make the cash out plan
- Support the financial team in terms of verification of payment milestones achievement and expected payment status based on the schedule analysis

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent.
- At least 4 years of experience in project planning within construction for high rise building and infrastructure project.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and general computer software
- Demonstrated knowledge of construction, engineering, and architecture principles.
- Good communication & management skills.

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Project Controller: 5 years (required)
- Planning & Monitoring: 3 years (required)
