Responsibilities:
- Monitoring shop inventory levels and replenishing stock as needed.
- Developing and implementing inventory control systems and practices.
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors and suppliers to get the best price & high quality of stock purchases.
- Purchasing of raw materials & products online & offline.
- Monitoring product purchasing, making complain if the products are not up to quality & quantity.
- Forecasting supply and demand requirements to ensure stock availability.
- Tracking inbound and outbound orders to prevent overstocking and out-of-stock (OOS).
- Generating purchase and pricing reports.
- Performing regular stock opname at shops and warehouse.
- Maintaining and updating records of purchase orders, pricing reports, and inventory records.
**Requirements**:
- S1 Accountancy or related major from a reputable university.
- Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in accounting or inventory system (especially in retail industry).
- Well organized, attention to detail, ability to perform well under pressure, ability to work independently.
- Have a strong initiative and able to work unsupervised.
- Problem solver with great analytical skill.
- Doesn't mind to go the extra mile when needed.
- Able to keep confidentiality.
- Ability to multitask while delivering the job in a top quality level.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Badung: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- S1 (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Purchasing/Accounting: 2 years (preferred)
