- Provide strategic financial insights and recommendations for business growth, cost reduction, and operational improvements.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or other relevant professional qualifications are a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in financial management, accounting, or audit, preferably within the property, hospitality, or real estate industry.
- Experience managing a team and overseeing budgeting and financial reporting.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards (PSAK), financial regulations, and tax laws.
