Responsibilities:

- Daily inspection and survey of existing building/site conditions
- Responsible QA/QC activities for building construction project
- Coordination with Tenants, Contractors, Building Management Team, Design and CM Team
- Reviewing and understanding working drawings and presentations
- Inspection of (tenant) fit out works and renovation works on site

**Requirements**:

- Min. bachelor's degree in Architecture, Civil or other Construction field
- At least 3 years in construction with site experience
- Qualified in building design field with good knowledge in building or construction materials, finishes, fixtures, fittings and fire safety and H&S requirments
- Good knowledge of construction sequence and methods (Architecture, Structure, MEP and Civil)
- Good communication skills and proactive attitude
- Good speaking and writing english skills
- Profiecy in software AutoCAD, Adobe Photoshop, Sketchup and Microsoft Office

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 6 months

**Salary**: Up to Rp15,000,000 per month
