**Job Description**:
A. Dari Segi Administrasi:
1. Membuat plan HSE Inspection.

2. Membuat update progress HSE Inspection (mingguan).

3. Membuat summary hasil pelaksanaan inspection (bulanan).

4. Membuat closing finding.

5. Membuat summary finding, progress closing dan statusnya (bulanan).

6. Memastikan pelaporan HSE sesuai ketentuan. B. Saat di Site:
7. Melakukan HSE Inspection pada site terdaftar CIP.

8. Memastikan pelaksanaan HSE induction di site.

9. Memastikan pelaksanaan HSE Meeting di site sesuai kebutuhan.

10. Memastikan pelaksanaan simulasi tanggap darurat di site.

11. Verifikasi closing finding di site.

1. Bersedia bekerja di site.

2. Bersedia ditempatkan di seluruh area Indonesia.

3. Memiliki keterampilan dan administrasi, termasuk pemahaman dokumentasi, laporan, dan SOP.

4. Dapat berkomunikasi dengan baik.

5. Memahami kode etik profesional dan standar keselamatan yang berlaku.

Job Order - Manpower Requisition

**Requirements**:
1. Pendidikan mínimal D3/S1 jurusan Kesehatan Masyarakat, K3, Teknik Elektro, atau Teknik Sipil.

2. Wajib memiliki pengalaman mínimal satu tahun pada posisi QHSE Officer atau setara.

3. Memahami pembuatan inspeksi K3 secara langsung.

4. Diutamakan berpengalaman di industri telekomunikasi.

5. Memahami penggunaan alat-alat yang berkaitan dengan K3, seperti perangkat pengukur temperatur, alat pelindung diri (APD), dll.

6. Memiliki sertifikat atau pengalaman di K3 Umum (Kemenaker RI).

7. Memiliki pemahaman mínimal terkait ISO 45001, atau SMKP PP 50/2012.

Jenis Pekerjaan: Penuh Waktu, Kontrak
Panjang kontrak: 3 bulan

Pendidikan:

- SMA/SMU/SMK (Diutamakan)

Pengalaman:

- Sales lapangan/sales akuisisi: 1 tahun (Diutamakan)
