We are a growing international online English tutoring company with open opportunities in our Korean Branch. Our company is looking for a customer success manager who can delight our customers You will work based where you are for our company.
You will be trained to take phone calls and messages, manage schedules, data upkeep, delight and serve customers. You will handle contact with parents, research as well as other odds and ends that may be required to ensure our office and company run smoothly. We have a US based operations manager and a Korean based office manager, so you would be reporting directly to them.
We are an online company in education so experience in this field is preferred. We offer private tutoring services. Must be fluent in Korean with TOPIK level 5 or 6 and have excellent English reading, speaking and typing ability.
The requirements:
- Speak and write both Korean and English fluently
- Able to do administrative tasks
- Able to commit to working hours that been agreed upon
- Must be self motivated, ambitious, detail oriented, able to be a team player as well as a strong leader in any circumstances, and follow the operating procedures.
- Must have experience working for Korean companies
Pay: Rp10,000,000 - Rp16,000,000 per month
