JOB SUMMARY:

- Promoting the sales of lubricants relevant to OEM through regular planned visits to existing and potential customers.
- Creating contact and business opportunities with OEMs of various segments and participate in tenders.
- Taking the lead and responsibility for local projects, develop a plan, take ownership for execution, and communicate at local, regional, and global level as required.
- Local focal point for Regional & Global projects and customers.
- Ensuring proper communication at all levels and consider benefits to the Group when making decisions.
- Preparing qualitative budgets and reports on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
- Networking with the FUCHS Group and as well as outside the Group to obtain best possible results.
- Reviewing Customer Specific Requirement (CSR) and report to Quality Management related to CSR.

**REQUIREMENTS**:

- Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or Engineering with Technical Focus is preferred.
- Min. 3 years of lubricant and/or automotive industry experience that includes sales, marketing, business development and/or product management.
- Extensive experience working with/or in OEM and/or automotive companies or at least 3 years sales experience in the automotive industry (first fill and genuine brand business experience preferred) with proven results.
- Excellent relationship with automotive, construction and agriculture industry (regional and global OEM).
- Experienced representative with background in lubricants is an advantage.
- Experienced in the sale of demanding products which are not self-explanatory.
- Experienced in key account management.
- Excellent presentation and negotiating abilities (offline and online).
- Good written and verbal communication in English.
- Easy to adapt in a fast-changing culture.
- Open minded and familiar with open feedback culture.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and proactive.
- Demonstrate strong interpersonal and communication skills with strategic initiative.
