Manulife Indonesia Risk Management is responsible as a second liners of Risk Management. This position is responsible for Operational Risk Management. Support initiated re-engineering projects for all Control support systems. Participate in audit control processes to assess risk mitigation and identify where additional controls are needed.

**We are looking for someone with**:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in Accounting or Finance or Actuarial Science
- A recognized risk designation
- Minimum of 10 years in audit (internal and/or external) or compliance or operational risk management.
- 10 years of experience in insurance industry
- Knowledge of Computer Assisted Audit Techniques is desirable
- Good English (written and oral)
- Excellent organizational, analytical, and project management skills
- Flexible and adaptable when dealing with change
- Communicates clearly with all onshore and offshore support Decision

**Nice to Haves**:

- Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders

**On the job you will**:

- Assist the CRO in updating and monitoring the Risk Management policies/procedures to ensure Indonesia operates within the MFC ORM framework, OJK requirements and MFC risk policies
- Review the Board Risk Committee materials and as well as OJK reports
- Ensure the quality of operational risk tools implementation such as Risk and Control Self-Assessment, loss incidents, scenario analysis, project risk register, KRI, etc.
- Oversight the risk management implementation in DPLK and Sharia
- Monitor the outstanding CAPs (Audit, Risk, Compliance, and IRM) and ensure that the outstanding issues are closed by the business units timely
- Present in risk committees and other senior management meetings
- Lead in any company advisory projects based on the assignment from the CRO and other Stakeholder Maintain good working knowledge about ORM practice in the industry
- Maintain good working relationships with the business units including providing advisories and challenges.
- Collaborate with other second line of defense (legal/compliance, IRM) so that all second line of defense have consistent message to deliver to the business units
